Coming from an artistically-inclined introvert who has been married to her soulmate (who is an extrovert) for almost thirty years now, I can tell you that your advice is good. My husband is always in bed my around nine and up at five. I am often tinkering with a poem or editing photos until about eleven. And these days ( I am of “that” age) I am often wake up with a poem in my head at three a.m. and go back to bed around five. My best sleep is from five to eight in the morning, and my husband respects that. He really enjoys “his” time in the early morning. Relationships are about supporting each other as we are and about allowing each other space to “be.”
