In this video, Mikovits claims that Big Pharma was behind her being jailed and slandered, and that she was arrested with NO CHARGES and her home was searched WITHOUT A WARRANT. These claims are outlandish, and easily proven to be FALSE. Mikovits was charged with theft. There was a warrant issued out of Washoe County, Nevada. These charges were related to her taking samples and equipment from the lab she worked in without consent, and over concerns that she would destroy evidence. On top of that, she was only in jail for five days, where she makes it seem like she was in prison for years.
