What a beautiful story! I love the healing part. There is just so much that traditional medicine does not understand. I've been sucked under by a wave like that too--in Maui. It was terrifying. I could not escape it. I just kept getting pummeled and ground into the sand. I was just a few feet from the shore, but I almost drowned.
